When you need a medical support you can speak to an experienced UK GMC registered GP’s over a secure video call using your mobile, tablet or computer, through the TravelGP app. 

For any urgent care we will signpost you to nearest urgent care and also give you second opinion if you have been offered medication abroad.

To register with our TravelGP you need to follow below steps: 

  1. Download the iOS TravelGP app or Android TravelGP app. 
  2. Register with us and log in. 
  3. Choose the cover you require for your trip or Pay as you go with the service. We also work in partnership with insurance and travel companies and you can use a voucher to activate your trip.

Chat to our nurse in the app, they will offer triage and arrange your consultation.

No, our doctors can only talk to the person who has created the account. If you have child listed under your account, then you can arrange a consultation for any of your children. The account owner must be present at the consultation with the child.

A typical appointment can last twenty minutes, but depending on the nature your illness the appointment can be longer.
